For a triangle ot be created the shortest two sides must add up to a number greater than the longest side. IE 1.6 + 5.9 = 7.5, therefore one triangle CAN be drawn.

However the order of the sides can be clockwise or anti-clockwise so more than one trinagle can be drawn.
