    2x+3y=4

    -2x

    3y=-2x+4

    /3

    y=-2/3x+4/3

    next you would find the negative reciprical - 3/2 so the m=-3/2

    (d1) : 2x+3y=4⇒ 3y = - 2x+4 ⇒ y = (-2/3) x + 4/3

    (d2) : y = mx+6

    d1 || d2 ⇒ m = 3/2
