    The answer is a. The best type of graph to be used to analyze quantitative IVs and DVs is the line graph. Since the line graph displays patterns and relationships, this would be an effective presentation of the IV and DV. When we are able to show their relationship, we would then be able to examine causality. The rest of the other graphs do not have that feature.
