    Ok, so if you have xy=0, then assume that x and y are equal to 0

    so we have

    (4n+5) (3n-7) = 0

    assue that

    4n+5=0 and 3n-7=0

    solve those

    4n+5=0

    minus 5

    4n=-5

    divide by 4

    n=-5/4

    3n-7=0

    add 7

    3n=7

    divide 3

    n=7/3

    -5/4 and 7/3
