    If f is continuous at x = 6 and f (6) = 8 and f (4) = 2, then the limit as x approaches 2 of f of the quantity 4 times x squared minus 10 equals 8. True as 4 times x squared minus 10 as x approaches 2 is 4 (2) ^2-10=6 and f (6) = 8.
