I am adding the brackets to show in which order the expressions will be evaluated:

    A.

    (4 : 4) + 4 - 4 = 1+4-4 = 1 (the correct answer)

    B.

    (4 · 4) - (4 : 4) = 16-1 = 15

    C.

    4 - (4 : 4) - 4 = 4-1-4 = - 1

    D.

    (4 : 4) + 4 + 4 = 1+4+4 = 9
