For the first inequality you add 5 to each to get 8r>6r+4, then subtract 6r from each to get 2r>4 and divide by 2 so for that part r>2 ... For the second equation subtract 4 from each side to get 4r<3r-7, then subtract 3r to get r<-7 ... When you put it all together you get 2
