What you have as far as values are KM and Minutes. What you need are KM and Hours. So you have to convert your Minutes to Hours.
Because there are 60 Minutes in an Hour you need to multiple everything by 6.
18x6 = 108 and 10x6=60
108KM/60Mins = 108 km/h
