A hose is filling a water tank at the rate of 70 gallons per minute. A loose drain plug causes 8 gallons per minute to drain out. Show all work and label properties used.

    1860/62=30min

    70 gallIons per minute, minus the 8 gallons per minute would give you a growth of 62 gallons per minute. you need 1860 gallons in total so divid that by your growth in which it'll take 30 minutes to fill up a 1860 gallon tank.
