Does every acute triangle has 3 congruent sides

In order to have congruent sides, the angles would also need to be congruent.

They'/re not. The only thing that's sure about the angles in an acute triangle is

that they're all less than 90 degrees.

So there's no reason that the acute triangle must have congruent sides.
