The sum of the probabilities of an event E and its complement E' is 1,

    that is P (E) + P (E') = 1, where E' is "not E".

The event E can happen in 4 ways, because there are four 2's that can be drawn.

    P (E) = n (E) / 52=4/52=0.08

    P (E') = 1-P (E) = 1-0.08=0.92

    Answer: 0.92
