Louise is making a potato salad to serve 25 people. The only recipe she has serves 50 people and it calls for 1 pound of chopped onions. Her food scale only weighs in ounces. How many ounces of onions is she going to need to serve 25 people?

    there are 16 Oz in a pound. Her recipe feeds 50 and she is only feeding half that amount then she will use half the amount of onions. Which would be 8oz of onion. 16/2=8
