X+8 because x+6/2x = 4x then 4x+5 is 4x+5 then 4x + 5+x is 5x+5 then 5x+5+3 is 5x+8 then + 5/x is canceled out by 5x because 5x is the same as 5*x so * 5 and / by 5 cancel out leaving x+8
