One circle has a circumference of 12pie cm. another circle has a circumference of 24pie cm. what is the ratio of the radius of the smaller circle to the radius of the larger circle?

    The radius of the small circle is: r = 12pie/2 = 6pie

    The radius of the big circle is: R = 24pie/2 = 12pie

    The ratio of the radius is: 6pie/12pie = 1/2
