Solve the system by substitution y=x^2-2x+1 y=2x+1

    Y=y so

    x^2-2x+1=2x+1

    x^2-4x=0

    x (x-4) = 0

    So the x values will be x=0 and 4, now you need the y values ...

    y=2x+1, y (0) = 1 and y (4) = 9, so the two solutions are:

    (0,1) and (4,9)
