    Since Q and R are independent, this means P (Q and R) = P (Q) * P (R)

    P (Q and R) = P (Q) * P (R)

    P (Q and R) = (4/5) * (4/11)

    P (Q and R) = (4*4) / (5*11)

    P (Q and R) = 16/55
