    Slope 2, y int - 7

    In y = mx + b form, the slope is in the m position and the y int is in the b position. So it is just a matter of subbing

    y = mx + b

    y = 2x + (-7) ... not quite done ... distribute thru the parenthesis

    y = 2x - 7
