Consumers are paying record amounts of fees for overdrawing their accounts. In 2007, banks, thrifts, and credit unions collected $44.8 billion in overdrafts fees, which is $14.3 billion more than in 2001. What is the percent of increase?

    The percent is 60% because it was 44.8 billion but now its 14.3 billion and if you do the math 60% is the answer
