The volume of a right octagonal prism is 30 cubic feet. The area of the octagonal base is 8 square feet. What is the height of the prism? ft

    Volume is given by:

    Volume = (base area) * (height)

    hence, solving for height we get:

    height = (volume) / (base area)

    volume=30 ft³

    area=8 ft²

    Therefore the value of the height will be:
