for converting 13 1/3 % as a fraction in simplest form
First you take the whole number and multiply it by the denominator, then add the numerator, (13 x 3) + 1 = 39 + 1 = 40 so we get
40/3 %
% = 1 / 100 so,
40/3 x 1/100 = 2 / 15
2/15 is the simplest form as fraction.
