    So if your number cube is six-sided, the probability is 1/24.

    Because the probability of picking A (or any other letter) is 1/4, the probability of picking the number 5 off a six-sided number cube is 1/6, and the probability of both occurring at the same time is 1/4 times 1/6, which is 1/24.
