2 x 16 = 32 ounces = 2 pounds

2/5 can also be expressed in decimal form as. 4

so 32 x. 4 = 12.8

and then 3/10 also is. 3

so 32 x. 3 = 9.6

add the two 12.8 + 9.6 = 22.4
