A rectangle measures 25cm by 60cm, determine the length of one of its diagonal

    A right triangle is formed when a diagonal is drawn so you can use Pythagorean theorem and the diagonal would be the hypotenuse, c.

    25^2 + 60^2 = c^2

    625 + 3,600 = c^2

    4,225 = c^2

    c = 65 cm
