One number is 77 times a first number. A third number is 100 more than the first number. If the sum of the three numbers is 883 , find the numbers

    X = first number = 9.91

    77x = second number = 763.07

    x + 100 = third number = 109.91

    x + 77x + x + 100 = 883

    79x + 100 = 883

    -100 - 100

    79x = 783

    /79 / 79

    x = 9.91 (rounded to nearest hundreth)

    77 (9.91) = 763.07

    9.91 + 100 = 109.91
