    Imagine rolling out the lateral surface of a cylinder into a rectangle. This rectangle would have the a length equal to that of the cylinder's and a width of the circumfrence. Both have the same area, it's just that one is wrapped around circular bases.

    Ans: A rectangle 5 feet long and 2 feet wide
