    Area for semicircle = (πr^2) / 2

    r = d/2 = 2.5 m

    Area for semicircle = 3.14 (2.5^2) / 2 = 9.81

    246.49. I got this by doing-

    d (diameter (5)) divides by 2 = 2.5 (that’s your r (radius)) area = pi Times r square (3.14 times 2.5 times 2.5) it equals 246.49 meters as your area!
