Too have to divide them by a common factor. So a common factor would be 3 because 3, 18/3 is 6 and 21/3 is 7.

So the fraction would be 6/7.

You need to use the GCF, or greatest common factor. The greatest factor that the numerator and denominator have in common. 3 was the GCF
