When you divide fractions you can short cut and multiply by the reciprocal, one of the fractions flipped.
(2/3) / (3/11)
(2/3) x (11/3)
(2 x 11) / (3 x 3)

2/3 divided by 3/11. Therfoe we need to multiply the reciprocal of the second with the first
2/3*11/3. That is 22/9
