    Area of circle = π * r^2

    so π*r^2 = π (16x^2 + 24x + 9)

    r^2 = 16x^2 + 24x + 9

    = (4x + 3) (4x+3)

    = (4x + 3) ^2

    Take square roots of both sides

    r = 4x + 3
