Answer is 4
because 13 - 9 is 4
then 4 x 7 is 28
then 4 + 3 is 7
so 28 / 7 is 4

so (13-9) * 7 so 13-9 is 4.
so 4*7 = 28
and then you have to do 4+3 = 7
so 28/7 will be 4 you the answer is 4.
