    Given f (x) = (2x2 - 7x) (-x2 - 7) the value of f' (3) will be a s follows:

    f (x) = - 2x^4+7x^3-14x^2+49x

    thus from above:

    f' (x) = - 8x^3+21x^2-28x+49

    thus

    f' (3) = - 8 (3) ^3+21 (-3) ^2-28 (-3) + 49

    f' (3) = 106

    Answer: f' (3) = 106
