If cos theta=-√3/2 and 90°< theta<180°, then theta=?

    First, cos30 = sqrt3/2

    Also, - cosx=cos (180-x)

    Therefore

    cos150=cos (180-30) = - cos30=-sqrt3/2

    Hence theta is 150
