    Standard form

    expand first then add

    f (x) = 3 (x-7) ²+5

    f (x) = 3 (x-7) (x-7) + 5

    f (x) = 3 (x²-14x+49) + 5

    f (x) = 3x²-42x+147+5

    f (x) = 3x²-42x+152

    A is answer
