    Employee A:

Employee A produces 10 handbags per hour

    takes four 15-minute breaks

    eight hour day

We have then that the quantity produced is:

    8 - 4 * 15 * (1/60) = 8 - 1 = 7 hours

    (10) * (7) = 70 handbags.

    Employee B:

Employee B produces 9 handbags per hour

    two 15-minute breaks

    eight hour day

We have then that the quantity produced is:

    8 - 2 * 15 * (1/60) = 8 - 1/2 = 7.5 hours

    (9) * (7.5) = 67.5 handbags.

    Answer:

employee A produces more handbags in a day
