6 (x-3) = 6x+18 how do I solve this equation and is this equation identity, inconsistent, or conditional?

    6 (x - 3) = 6x + 18

    6 (x) - 6 (3) = 6x + 18

    6x - 18 = 6x + 18

    - 6x - 6x

    -18 ≠ 18

    It is inconsistent.
