    V = u + at

    u = 0

    v = 0 + 1.5*5

    v = 7.5 m/s

    final velocity is 7.5 m/s

    s = ut + 0.5at^2

    s = 0 + (0.5*1.5*5^2)

    s = (0.5*1.5*25)

    s = 18.75 m

    total travel distance is 18.75 m.
