Multiply the number outside of the parenthesis with the numbers inside the parenthesis
-6n-3+7 = - 5
Subtract 7 from both sides
-6n-3=-12
Add 3 to both sides
-6n=-9
Divide - 6 on both sides
Final Answer: n=1.5
