A right triangle has one angle that measures 85°. what is the measure of the other acute angle?

    You know that the combined internal angles of a triangle is 180 degrees.

    90+85+x=180 < - - here, x represents the missing angle

    175+x=180

    x=180-175

    x=5

    Therefore the other angle is 5 degrees.
