    So 55% is really 55/100

    You take 100 - 55 to find how much Mr. Williams drove

    100 - 55 = 45

    So Mr. Williams drove 45/100 of the miles

    Simplified is 9/20 of the miles

    That answer is wrong. You multiply 380 by 55 (55%) and get 209. So you subtract 209 from 380 and get 171 and to find the decimal you divide 380 over 209 and get. 55 which can be 55/100 then you simplify it to 11/20
