What is the slope of a line that perpendicular to the line shown on the graph - 4,-1/4,1/4

    If the line has a slope of 4, then a line perpendicular to it would have a slope of - 1/4.

    If the line has a slope of - 4, then a line perpendicular to it would have a slope of 1/4.

    The relation of slopes between two perpendicular lines is m1*m2=-1
