There are many standard forms

I will do both

first distribute the - 5

y+7=-5x-15

add 5x to both sides

5x+y+7=-15

subtract 7 from both sides

5x+y=-22

or slope-intercpt form

distribute - 5

y+7=-5x-15

subtract 7 from both sides

y=-5x-22
