    Neither of them intersect the origin, so option 4 is ruled out. They do intersect, at (0.25, 3.75). And they each intersect the x and y axis. The question was which description best describes the solution ... so I think it would be, "Line y = - x + 4 intersects the line y = 3x + 3."
