Using a directrix of y = 2 and a focus of (3, - 4), what quadratic function is created?

    Hello,

    as the directrice is y=2 and the focus (3,-4), the vertex is (3,-1)

    y=a (x-3) ²-1

    But I can't go any further ... (with a<0)
