A full circle is 360 degrees. A half circle is 180. And a quarter is 90. If he turns 47 degrees then he only needs to turn 223 degrees more till he faces north.

If he is facing due east which looking from the top is right. Counterclockwise he would be turning towards the north. 90 degrees would be all the way so if he has already gone 47, he has 43 degrees left to turn.

    Anser: 43 degrees.

Have a nice day brainliest would be fantastic
