function f (x) = 2x + 1. Find the number of customers that arrived in

the 6th hour.

    F (x) = 2x + 1.

    Where x is the xth hour.

    Therefore the 6th hour, x=6.

    f (6) = 2 * (6) + 1

    = 12 + 1

    =13. 13 Customers.
