How would u find the length of one side of a square if the area is 16 square units

    You divide 16 by 4 since there are 4 sides on a square. which equals 4

    Agreed you divide the 16 by 4 because there are 4 equal sides and 16 divided by 4 equals four so each side is 4 to double check do 4 x 4 which equals 16
