    The answer is { (-3, 1), (0, 4), (2, 6) }. U use substitution to solve. So substitute x in Y = X+4

    Substitute x with 2 so the equation now reads

    Y = 2+4

    =6

    Remember the first number is always = x and the second number is always Y
