4m + 2 (m + 1) = 9m + 5

Solve and Show work so I can understand.

    Expand the brackets:

    4m + 2m + 2 = 9m + 5

    Move the variables to one side and constants to the other

    -3=3m

    Divide - 3 by 3 to get m=-1
