    3x - y = 14 is the Ax + Bx = C form of y - 1 = 3 (x - 5)

    Solution:

    Given equation is:

    y - 1 = 3 (x - 5)

We have to rewrite the equation in Ax + Bx = C form

    Where, A, B, C are integers

    From given,

    y - 1 = 3 (x - 5)

Simplify the right side of equation

    y - 1 = 3x - 15

Rearrange the terms, to get the Ax + Bx = C form

    3x - y - 15 + 1 = 0

    Combine the constants

    3x - y - 14 = 0

Move the constant to right side of equation

    3x - y = 14

Thus the equation is converted to Ax + Bx = C form
