Admission to the baseball game is $3.00 for general admission and $4.50 for reserved seats. There are 13,250 paid admissions to the baseball game. These admissions are a total of $42,350. How many of each tickets were sold

    Ok, so we know that the total of the admissions are $42,350. You need to subtract 42350-13250. Then, add 3.00+4.50. You now have your two answers. So, you need to divide whatever you got from the subtraction part by the addition part. This isn't the answer by the way, I'll show you an example in case you're ever confused by my statement. 88928 : 2.50.
